Bright as a Virginia morning, this dynamic, fruit forward wine is expressive in both fruit and floral characteristics. This year’s blend is made up of Petit Manseng (14%), Traminette (44%) and vidal (42%).

VOIGNIER 2014 - $28.00
Light straw in color, this full bodied wine features a lush, soft character and natural aromatics including notes of peach, pears, violets and minerality. It will enhance fruit flavors, making it a great pairing with fruit dishes as appetizers, or as a topping with those chicken or fish dishes. Viognier will pair nicely with lobster, crab, shrimp or other seafoods.

From Jurançon in southwest France, comes this small white grape that produces a rich and balanced wine. This wine from our vineyard in the foothills of the Blue Ridge has a complexity that has an up front richness with toasted pear and honey nicely balanced by bright acidity. The finish is lengthy and is layered and lingering carrying both acidity and sweetness. This delicious wine will complement rich and spicy food from Foie Gras to E'touffeé.This years vintage captures the essence of Petit Manseng, showing depth and concentration, ample acidity, and rich, honeyed tropical fruit. This wine has the ability to age well and develop in the bottle or can be enjoyed now. Limited Production – 2.2 % RS / 14.98 % Alc.

cherry, has an expansive fig toned mid-palate, and a memorable finish with

Nose is filled with raspberry, cherry and a hint of leather. The fruit forward attack with licorice and red cherry leads to an expansive mid-palate with silky layers of stone fruits and subtle tannins. The finish is exceedingly clean and memorable with strawberry notes.
NMA IV 2012 - $25.00
Named for the winemaker’s grandson, this round, smooth Bordeaux style red wine combines the structure of Merlot (40%), finesse and fruit notes of Cabernet Franc (40%), , denseness and color of Petit Verdot (15%), and the upfront fruit notes and softness of Grenache (5%).
